Welcome and thanks for visiting. I’m Hillary Metz and I created my shamanic energy healing and transformational coaching practice for you. I am passionate about supporting people in healing and transforming their perceived messes into miracles and their wounds into wisdom. Together we will fuel the positive ripple effect in your life, extending to the lives of your friends and family, and beyond.

I am based in Sedona, Arizona amongst the vortexes and majestic Red Rocks. The energies of this profound location deeply inform and inspire my personal work and the work I do with my clients. If you cannot work with me in person in Sedona, let sacred Sedona come to you in a remote session.

My shamanic training began in 2008 as I was navigating my own ‘dark night of the soul’. I had pulled every trick in the book to make sure everything on the outside looked nearly picture-perfect, but my internal landscape was chaotic. I knew I needed Medicine for my Soul. I sought out shamanic energy healers and teachers, Medicine Men and Women, and traveled to sacred sites. I began to identify and unravel disempowering beliefs that were holding me in patterns that were squashing my life force. From my own trenches and training, with a strong sense of self and humor, I offer this Medicine for the Soul to you.

I hold a BA in Investigative Journalism from the University of Wisconsin, Madison (1998) and professional certifications from the Four Winds Society School of Energy Medicine, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and the Shamballa Institute of Feng Shui. Additional training has been done with Sandra Ingerman and indigenous shamans in North and South America. Additionally, I am certified through the International Coaching Federation; an organization that holds the gold standard for coaches across the world. And…my training and pursuit for knowledge and evolution continue…for me and you.
